I’ve been in the mortgage industry since 2006, and I’m continually excited to be on this career path. Dedicated, professional and people-oriented, I have seen my business grow exponentially over the years.
While I serve all types of clients, I am extremely knowledgeable about first-time home buyers. I teach a first-time home buyer class for a local nonprofit, and I’ve met many of my clients from this. No matter the buyer, each person I work with finds that my attention to detail and knowledge sets me apart.
I am very big on the consultation part of the process. My aim is to keep my clients in the know about what is going on every step of the way. I talk about the process, set expectations and communicate with them frequently. I understand that this purchase is extremely important, and I want to do everything possible to eliminate any fears. By discussing the plan with my clients beforehand, and thoroughly explaining what will happen next, I find the process goes by very smoothly.
